I am not taking about one social media network. Social networks means Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Threads, reddit etc..... In this article I am going to share with you some common things you shouldn't share on social media networks.

Social media is a public network. We should always be careful about posting unwanted things on social media networks. Either you use Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media network. Because when we upload any kind of photos, videos, or any random post, anyone can download your post, could take screenshots, and misuse them. When we upload it, it stays forever in the social media network until we delete it. That's why you have to think before posting....

Some Personal Information You Should Never Share

Lots of people may think personal information is only about a name or phone number. There are lots of things that are included in personal information, like you must have an NID card, passport, or bank account; do not post or share someone's information on social media. You can hide your email address. If it's too necessary, like for any kind of business purpose, then you can create a business email and share it in your bio.

For example, you see that in my Instagram account bio I add my business email.

Never share your vacation plans 

We should never share our vacation plans. Where we go, where our travel destination is, and how many days we have been visiting are things we should never share on social media. You can share once you're back home. Especially when we go on vacation, we lock our house. So this type of information is good for bad social media users. 

Never share expensive purchases

We should not share our expensive purchases. Either you buy a new phone, PC, or laptop. These types of expensive purchases can attract bad social users. Lots of people share their financial status....

We may have a health issue. It's a common thing. Do not share your prescriptions, X-ray report, or any kind of medical report. Lots of people might feel awkward about who shares medical reports. Well, lots of people share their medical reports or health issues. If you post your medical reports, bad social users can use health posts or medical reports somewhere else...

There are some tips to stay safe on social media. Think before you post on social media. Because your post will stay forever until you delete it. Do not connect with unknown people; if possible, lock or make your account private. Post only what you are comfortable with. Always use a strong password and add two-factor authentication.

Well, social media is made for us to post different types of staff. But there are some things which you can't share. You should always protect your privacy. When you post you get some reactions but your security is more important.
